- 500 grams chicken liver
- 1 cup young corn
- 1 medium sayote sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups cabbage chopped
- 1 cup sitaw cut into short lengths
- 2 celery stalks sliced
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fish sauce to taste
- 1 chicken cube
- Oil for sautéing
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and softened.
Add the chicken liver and cook until lightly browned and mostly cooked through.
Season with salt, pepper, fish sauce, and chicken cube. Stir well.
Add the firmer vegetables first, such as carrot, young corn, sayote, and cauliflower. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the sitaw, celery, bell pepper, and cabbage.
Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but still have some bite.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serve hot with rice.
