Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken liver
  • 1 cup young corn
  • 1 medium sayote sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup sitaw cut into short lengths
  • 2 celery stalks sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fish sauce to taste
  • 1 chicken cube
  • Oil for sautéing

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and softened.
  • Add the chicken liver and cook until lightly browned and mostly cooked through.
  • Season with salt, pepper, fish sauce, and chicken cube. Stir well.
  • Add the firmer vegetables first, such as carrot, young corn, sayote, and cauliflower. Cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the sitaw, celery, bell pepper, and cabbage.
  • Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but still have some bite.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  • Serve hot with rice.
